Due to variances among color monitors, the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact.
Stained finishes – There are natural variances in the wood’s color, grain, etc. that cause dye lots to vary in color. Although we consider these variances to be minimal there is no way to assure an exact color with stained wood blinds. If you are ordering real wood shutters with a stained color finish be sure to purchase all your shutters at the same time so they are manufactured from the same dye lot.
One of the beauties of real wood is that no one piece is the exact same as another. Because of that we can not offer refunds and/or exchanges for variances within orders. We can and do (for a additional price) offer true hand matching and selection of wood so each piece will match as closely to each other piece. Please contact us to ask more about “TRUE HAND COLOR AND WOOD MATCHING”.
The Shutter Mill, maker of Kirtz® shutter mixes their paints and stains by hand in the factory. They are custom mixed to match your custom color request or for our standard colors and stains to maximize the beauty of the wood grain and texture.
