Our products are custom built, as such it is very important that you follow our measuring and installation instructions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the email order confirmation for accuracy.
Understanding that mistakes may occur on both sides, if we make a mistake on your order we will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact us as soon as you find an error.
Orders will begin the manufacturing process within 1 business day of receipt of that order at the Shutter decor offices. Depending on the type of error you may return the product to the factory for alteration or have it remade at a discount if it is possible to do so. Each order is specific to you and as such errors will be handled on a case by case basis to give you the most leeway as possible.
Inspection of Merchandise
IMPORTANT: Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify ShutterDecor.com immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment.
Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them.
If you notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is received by you, the damaged merchandise will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
If we receive no notification or an error or damage to your order we will conclude that you accept the product as ordered.
