Measuring while it is very easy, will be a KEY factor in enjoying your new Shutter decor shutters. Make sure you double check your measurements.
Some of the features of your window that have to be taken into consideration in selecting and measuring your window opening are:
  • The depth of the window
  • Hand cranks
  • Windows that tilt inward
  • Windows that are not square
  • Is there a window sill

Interior wood shutters are made with red or white Oak, Maple, Walnut, Curly Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, Ash, Knotty Pine, or more exotic woods like Bubinga, or lacewood and others. Plantation Shutters come in 2 1/2", 3 1/2", or 4 1/2" louver sizes. The size of your Custom Shutter can be as small as 8" wide and 12" high all the way up to 120" wide and 120" tall.
